Monoblock or flatpack delivery?

  • Monoblock: Fully finished in our factory and delivered by truck to nearby countries; set down by crane and connected the same day.
  • Flat-pack: Packed as panels and frames for sea freight or remote sites; assembled on site by our crew or trained local teams.

For multi-module houses (42 m² and 63 m²), joining modules on site includes sealing of joints, roof continuity and internal finishing. Our article on shipping prefab and container buildings overseas explains the options in detail.

Dealer and volume orders

We work with dealers and project buyers who order regularly or in volume. Dealer cooperation can include:

  • Volume pricing and production slots
  • Your choice of standard models, colours and options for your market
  • Technical documents, drawings and product photos for your sales
  • Assembly training for your installation team
  • Consolidated shipments with mixed models in one load

Local permits

Whether a container house needs a building permit depends on the rules of your country and municipality, the land's zoning and whether the unit is placed permanently with utility connections. Check local requirements before ordering; we provide drawings, specifications and product documentation to support your application.
